As a front of house team member, you will be interacting with guests and taking care of their needs while serving them with excellence.
Team members will be led under the direction of the leader on shift and will communicate with them for tasks to complete.

Responsibilities and Duties Required to work in service positions, including cashier, host and drive-thru General cleaning Ensure each guest always has a memorable experience Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests:
eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically & always say My Pleasure Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy and hospitality Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training Ensure a fast speed of service Maintain area cleanliness during shift Taking orders with speed & accuracy Always adhere to all company policies and procedures Maintain a positive attitude that contributes to a team atmosphere Qualifications and skills Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift at least 40 lbs Friendly and outgoing Organized Able to multitask Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace Calm under pressure Team oriented, adaptable, dependable and strong work ethic Basic math skills At least 15 years of age or older Honors and encourages others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant and the Owner/Operator Team member benefits Flexible shifts Sundays off Free meal with every shift 401k with matching (for full time team members after 1 year) Access to scholarship opportunities up to $2,500 per year and tuition discounts Career advancement & management opportunities.
