Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all operations - Supervise a team of associates and provide guidance and support as needed - Ensure inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies - Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner - Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment - Monitor and optimize layout and organization for efficient workflow - Collaborate with the sales team to forecast inventory needs and plan for upcoming promotions or events - Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, order fulfillment, and shipping processes
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and other departments - Previous experience in leading a team - Knowledge of how to engage associates to get the ROI needed - Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals and targets - Familiarity with store management principles, including budgeting, sales management, and customer service - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software applications This is an exciting opportunity for an Team Lead to join our team.
